I was wondering if I could get a good deal out of the "Spend $25 on Baby Care get $10 back" at CVS this week.  When I scanned my ExtraCare card this morning I got a $3 coupon for Baby Care products when I spend $15.  This will defintely help toward that $10 ECB.

As a bonus, I received a $5 Foot Locker gift card catalina.  It says I purchased $10 worth of Gatorade products, so I assume this is going off of the original prices and not the sale price.  This is a bonus!

FREE Finesse Products @ Walgreens

This week Finesse products are on sale for 2/$7.  Beyond the $.50 discount per item, Walgreens is also offering $5 when you buy 2.  This makes them 2/$2.  Great deal at $1 each.  But look for the "Try Me Free" rebate peelie.  This mail in rebate is good for $3.99.  So you can make $1.99 and get FREE shampoo/conditioner.

If you have any All You magazines, there is a $1 coupon inside that expires 6/19.  This would make the deal even better.

FREE Calcium Supplement @ Walgreens

Applied Nutrition's Triple Calcium is on sale from $14.99 to $10 starting today (unadvertised deal).  This week the supplement also has a $10 RR making it FREE.  This is a good way to recycle some of those Fish Oil Supplement $10 RR from two weeks ago.

FREE Bayer Advanced 20-ct @ CVS

Starting 6/12, Bayer Advanced is on sale for $3.  Use the $2 manufacturer coupon and get $1 back in ECB and it makes it FREE.  I know there is a $1.50 print coupon out there somewhere if you do not have the $2 paper one.  I will look to see if I can find.

FREE Zyrtec 5-Ct @ CVS starting 6/12

Zrytec is on sale at CVS this sunday for $5.99 with $5.99 back in ECB.  If you were lucky to get a FREE coupon from the newsletter a few weeks ago or even a recent $2 off coupon, prepare to make some money!

REALLY CHEAP Light Bulbs@ Walmart

Right now, Southerm Indiana Walmarts have a special price reduction on compact florescent light bulbs, CFL, thanks to Vectren Energy. A 3-pack of GE13-watt bulbs (like using a 60w incadesent, is normally $6.  Grab them now for $.50!  They also have another brand that is selling a 6-pack of 13 watt for $1.  In either case, that is $.16 per bulb compared to $2 normally!!!!!  No coupon neccessary for these prices too!

I found at Newburgh and east side Walmart in Evansville with plenty in stock.  The east-side Walmart is limiting to 5 per customer, but I was able to grab more than that at the Newburgh location.

Look for the "Special Pricing brought to you by Vectren Energy" sign throughout the lightbulb section.

This is defintely a stock up price!  Be green and save some!

Bonus @ Kroger, CVS and More!

So I stumbled across a CVS tweet a few weeks back about a new website called Savingstar.com.  I was not in a hurry to post so I could make sure that the service worked before letting others know about it. 

This site is free and pays you for some items you may already buy.  During registration, users are asked for the ZIP code.  Once entered, the site returns a list of all local stores with loyalty cards that can be used.  NOTE: I had to add a Kentucky ZIP to get Kroger listed, so if you have a Kroger Plus card and in Southern Indiana, you may have to adjust the ZIP.  Enter your loyalty card number (from Kroger Plus card, CVS ExtraCare...) and you are almost ready.  Go through the eCoupons and simply select the ones you want.  There is no cost to add these eCoupons to your loyalty card.  Now shop.

These eCoupons work a little different than other coupons as they do not immediately reduce the price of the item.  Instead, the stores report back to Savingstar what items you purchased.  If you purchased a qualified item, you will get credit for the item in your account.  Once you reach at least $5, you can request a check or donate your money to a charity.

Last month I purchased some Glad bags from Kroger.  I used a $.75 off coupon on this $3 item.  I also added the $.75 eCoupon from Savingstar before I checked out.  I logged into my account this week and noticed the $.75 credit in my account.  This coupled with my $.75 paper coupon gave me $1.50 this item!  50% savings using just one paper coupon.

Coupons update every month, so add them to your card now.

SAVE YOUR ZYRTEC COUPONS!

There is a good possibility that the 5-count Zyrtec allergy medicine will be on sale for $5.99 at CVS next week (6-12-6/18) with $5.99 back in ECB making them FREE!

If you have the $2 off you will make some money off of your allergy medicine.  If you were lucky enough to sign up for the newsletter a few weeks back and get the FREE 5-count coupon then you will make even more money on this item.

Triaminic Fever Reducer Coupon for Babies/Kids

Our little guy is very picky about medicine types and flavors.  We know he doesn't enjoy berry but loves grape.  He also takes certain brands better than others.  Triaminic is one that he does not mind taking when he has a fever.  Find $1 off coupon here.  The best price I have found is at Walmart, which has them for $5.75.

CVS has travel size (8 ct) Excederin for $.99 this week with a $.99 ECB with purchase.  So the headache medicine ends up being FREE!  I could not find this in my Newburgh CVS, so I asked the cashier where they were.  She said that they do not usually carry, but had a limited amount in a basket at the counter.  Migrane, PM and Extra Strength are all available.  Limit is 2.
